Common questions

How do I cancel my BreadStack Pro subscription?

Cancel through the App Store: Settings app → Apple ID → Subscriptions → BreadStack → Cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

BreadStack uses Google Sign-In. You cannot set a password. Tap Sign In and choose your Google account. If you cannot access your Google account, contact Google support.

Why is my balance not updating?

Try pulling down to refresh on the Stacks screen. If the issue persists, check your internet connection or visit breadstackapp.com/status to see if there are any service issues.

How do I delete my BreadStack account?

Email us at [email protected] with your account email and we will delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.

Can I get a refund?

We don't process refunds directly. All purchases are made through the App Store. For a refund, go to Apple's Report a Problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com and select your BreadStack purchase.

The app crashed. What should I do?

Force-close the app and reopen it. If it keeps crashing, delete and reinstall from the App Store. Your data is saved to the cloud. Still crashing? Email us.

Can I use BreadStack on Android or web?

BreadStack is currently iPhone only. A web companion is in development. Sign up for updates at breadstackapp.com.
