Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a BreadStack account or using the BreadStack mobile or web application, you agree to these Terms of Service. BreadStack is operated by M&W Business Development LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service. BreadStack's budgeting features are available to users of all ages. You must be 18 years or older to subscribe to BreadStack Pro.

2. The Service

BreadStack provides:

• An envelope budgeting tool to allocate and track spending by category
• Spending insights, subscription tracking, and budget frameworks
• A parent portal for shared visibility and funding
• Push notifications for budget activity

BreadStack is a software product, not a bank. We do not hold funds, issue cards, or provide financial advice.

3. Subscriptions

BreadStack Pro is available on three plans: $2.99/week, $4.99/month, or $39/year, billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on the web and through Apple's App Store on iOS. There is no free trial.

• Your subscription automatically renews each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• To cancel an iOS subscription, go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → BreadStack. To cancel a web subscription, visit your BreadStack account settings.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds for web purchases follow our payment processor's refund policy.
• Downgrading from Pro to Free will limit your account to 3 envelopes at your next renewal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BreadStack for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to circumvent spending controls or manipulate envelope balances through fraudulent means
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access BreadStack's source code or backend systems

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M&W Business Development LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BreadStack, including but not limited to losses due to payment processing failure, network outages, or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

7. Disclaimers

BreadStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We are not a licensed financial advisor. nothing in the app constitutes financial advice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Boone County, Missouri, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
