Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BreadStack, a product of M&W Business Development LLC ("BreadStack," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using BreadStack, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use BreadStack, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Provide accurate identity information for verification
• Have a valid US bank account for funding

2. BreadStack Card

The BreadStack Visa® Prepaid Card is issued by Celtic Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Use of your BreadStack card is subject to the Cardholder Agreement provided at account opening. BreadStack is not a bank and does not issue the card directly.

3. Spending Stacks

Stacks are virtual spending categories that you fund from your linked bank account via ACH transfer. Funds held in your stacks are:

• Held at Celtic Bank, FDIC insured up to $250,000
• Prepaid — you can only spend what you fund
• Subject to the spending limits you set

When a stack reaches $0, your BreadStack card will decline transactions charged to that stack.

4. Fees & Subscription

Free Plan: No monthly fee. Includes up to 3 stacks.

Pro Plan: $7.00/month, billed monthly. Includes unlimited stacks, subscription routing, and analytics. Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to your registered email.

5. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel Pro, you retain access until the end of your paid period. Funds in your stacks are your money and can be withdrawn to your linked bank account at any time.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use BreadStack for:

• Illegal purchases or activities
• Money laundering or fraud
• Any purpose that violates Stripe's or Celtic Bank's acceptable use policies

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon closure, remaining funds will be returned to your linked bank account within 5-7 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BreadStack and M&W Business Development LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BreadStack. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
